Shareholders’ Report of Primoco UAV SE as of 30 June 2025.

Dear Shareholders,

I would like to present the financial results of Primoco UAV SE as of 30 June 2025.

In the first half of this year, the company signed new contracts for the delivery of 16 Primoco One 150 aircraft worth EUR 15 million (CZK 370 million). During the same period, it delivered a total of 14 aircraft to customers, generating revenues of CZK 253 million and EBITDA profit of CZK 91 million – 12 from contracts signed this year and two from last year’s deals. Four more aircraft worth EUR 6.1 million (CZK 150 million) remain to be delivered, representing the backlog. All are destined for European customers.

“Given the advanced stage of some ongoing negotiations, I expect the signing of contracts in the second half of the year for up to 36 more Primoco One 150 aircraft with a total value of up to EUR 45 million (CZK 1.1 billion),”

said Ladislav Semetkovský, Chairman of the Board.

The company’s success in securing new contracts is supported by its top-tier quality and certifications. It is the only manufacturer of medium-sized unmanned aircraft in the world which has completed certification according to the NATO STANAG 4703 standard. This allows Primoco UAV aircraft to be deployed directly on military missions without additional permits or tests. At the same time, the company also holds the EASA LUC 2.5 SAIL III civil authorization for operations over densely populated areas. This facilitates the use of its aircraft for tasks such as calibrating airport radio beacons, providing mobile coverage during crises or commercial events outside standard coverage, or supporting rescue services.

One current European contract illustrates this: Primoco One 150 aircraft patrol large areas to detect emerging fire outbreaks early and prevent massive damage that would occur if fires spread unnoticed. The project is planned in two phases. Initially, it is provided as a Drone-as-a-Service by Primoco, using its own aircraft and operators during the current fire season. Later, the customer will receive its own aircraft, which are now in production. Meanwhile, pilots and operators from the customer are undergoing intensive training.

For training and testing purposes, Primoco UAV uses its own airport in Písek-Krašovice. In 2025 and 2026, the company plans to significantly upgrade its facilities there by building a new hangar and the first certified UAV training centre for operators in Europe.

“For the overall revitalization project worth around CZK 50 million, we obtained a final building permit in the first half of this year. Construction will begin in September 2025 and is scheduled for completion in April 2026,”

said Semetkovský.

Primoco UAV is also preparing an even larger investment of around CZK 500 million into new production capacities. In the Písek industrial zone, near its company airport, a modern service, control, and production centre will be built, with the capacity for up to 300 new unmanned aircraft annually.

“We already own all the required land. We have applied for a building permit, and archaeological surveys began in August. The tender for the general contractor should be announced in January next year. If everything proceeds as expected, we will move production to the new, highly automated hall by 2028 at the latest,”

said Semetkovský, adding that this will ensure Primoco UAV is fully prepared for the upcoming boom in unmanned aviation, which is still in its early stages.

“The potential for UAV development and applications in both civilian and defence sectors is enormous. In this context, I am pleased to announce that from October we will be expanding our sales team with a new, experienced professional who will strengthen our capacity,”

concluded Semetkovský.
